Clinic

The project is a proposal for a wellness clinic located in Eforie, a town located between the Black See and lake Techirghiol. The existing concrete structure was built in the intent to create a retail space but the new owner decided to create a wellness clinic, since the area is well known for mud therapy.

In order to meet the requirements for the program, the proposal included rebuilding one wing of the existing structure and adding new elements to accommodate new functions and to make it reliable from a business point of view.

Main programs of the proposal include therapy pool and mud bath, medical labs and administration offices as well as hospitality facilities .
