For the 2019 IFA, Samsung talked about the importance of Connected living, the central attractor for this event being designed as a landscape , where visitors can attend presentations and engage with the latest products. From the entrance towards the back screen, climbing the “Hill top” or going under it , a set of interactive scenarios offer show various instances of how the products can be configured together. While the ground floor is reserved for MDE- Multi Device Experiences , cooking shows and mobility solutions, the top serves to an in-depth product experience and exploration area.
Since hosted in the largest hall of the Berlin Messe, the large media surfaces served to broadcast the opening day Press Show to a wider audience around the booth. In addition to that, for the rest of the event, visitors could create and upload their avatar , this way becoming part of a large community inside the Samsung Town.
