The proposal for the campus focuses on the relationship between the context and the scientific character of the theme. Repetition, translucency , light and the rugged context play a key role in defining the identity of the space and enhance the experience. The sacred character attributed to science in the last centuries , is one of the key characteristics that the space aims to enhance.

Rather than creating a landmark, the programs are sunken to keep the landscape undisturbed and to benefit from the constant temperature of the soil

The three main programs are arranged in an intuitive manner in order to avoid the direct hit of the sun and to form an interior courtyard where the idea of scientific community can take shape

This next transformation considers the separation of the living units from the public areas, in order to give them all ( 25 ) open access to land and privacy
